Digital Trust Audit for telecoms businesses
Technology partners get shortlisted. Lines resellers get compared on price.
Which one you are treated as is decided before anyone speaks to you.
A buyer asks an assistant for a shortlist, or spends ten quiet minutes checking you out. Both run the same checks in silence. The Digital Trust Audit runs them on purpose, writes them down and scores them.
Your request goes to Digital Trust Audit Ltd, which runs the assessment and signs the report against its published standard. OD3X Growth's part is the introduction and, if you want it, the work that follows. Digital Trust Audit Ltd does not sell that work and earns nothing from it, whoever does it.
You don't get turned down by an AI, you get left out of the answer
When a buyer asks an assistant who to call, it does not reject firms. It builds an answer from what it can confirm, and leaves out what it cannot. A company whose website, company record and mail set-up disagree with each other is not marked down. It is simply not there.
The same happens with a human buyer, more slowly. The checks are the same: is this a real company, is it the company it says it is, does its mail come from where it claims, do the people on the site exist. Nobody tells you the result.
The audit tells you the result.
What the audit looks at
Ten areas, each scored separately so you can see where the damage is. Digital Trust Audit Ltd publishes what each area covers, not the individual tests inside it. A test known in advance is a test prepared for.
- 01
Company record.
What Companies House says about you, and whether the website agrees with it
- 02
One business or several.
Every version of your name in public, and whether they all point to the same company
- 03
Machine-readability.
Whether anything other than a person can read the site: structure, markup, real text and descriptions on images
- 04
Navigability.
Links that work, pages that exist, and calls to action that actually go somewhere
- 05
Email authentication.
Whether your mail is protected, how many platforms send in your name, and who would hear if someone else started
- 06
Contactability and identification.
Whether the published number is answered and a buyer can tell exactly who you are
- 07
Proof.
Case studies, named clients, testimonials, figures and partner badges, checked the way a stranger would check them
- 08
Presence away from the site.
Your company page, your listings and the people named on your site, and whether they agree with you
- 09
Domain ownership.
Who holds your domains, who could sign in to the account, and when they expire
- 10
Legal pages and company particulars.
Privacy, cookies and terms, and whether they do what they say
Five states for every finding
Each finding is recorded as Passed, Needs a decision, Weak, Failed, or Could not be confirmed. Anything Digital Trust Audit Ltd cannot confirm from outside is left out of the score rather than counted against you, and the report says what would settle it.
- Passed
- Needs a decision
- Weak
- Failed
- Could not be confirmed
Every failure happens between suppliers, not inside one
Your website was built by one firm, your email is run by another, your domains sit with a registrar nobody has logged into since the renewal, and your company details were filed by an accountant who has never seen the site. Almost nothing the audit finds is a failure inside any of them. It is the gaps between them, and nobody is paid to look at the gaps.
See a finished report
This is a sample: ten areas, on a fictional telecoms reseller. The real one arrives the same way. The report is Digital Trust Audit Ltd's and names both of us equally, with both sets of contact details: "Independent auditor: Digital Trust Audit Ltd" and "Introduced by: OD3X Growth".
Sample. The company is fictional and the findings are illustrative.

What you get
A written report from Digital Trust Audit Ltd, scored by area and overall, with the evidence beside every line. Plain English on top and technical detail underneath, so you can read it and so can whoever looks after your systems. There is no charge to you for the assessment, and the findings are yours to keep.
Because you asked through us, OD3X Growth receives a copy of the report, with your agreement, so that we can offer to do the work. You are under no obligation to use us or anyone else.
Request your Digital Trust Audit
Send the request from your work email address. Email authentication is one of the ten areas, and the domain you write from is part of what Digital Trust Audit Ltd checks.
After the report
The audit is the report. What comes after it is work you would be choosing to have done, and we price it once you have read the findings and decided what matters. The findings put right in the order that matters. Company details corrected to match the register. Certificates, domain renewals, mail records and listings watched between reports. The work that follows an AI Visibility Audit.
The scheduled re-assessment is Digital Trust Audit Ltd's, on its own terms, and we have no part in it.
Whether AI assistants put you forward
The AI Visibility Audit is a separate reading, also carried out by Digital Trust Audit Ltd: 25 buyer questions agreed with you in advance, put to seven AI answer surfaces twice on one stated day, with Google search captured separately as a control.
Questions
Is this a security audit?
No. It looks only at what anyone outside your business can see and check. Nothing is probed, nothing is tested for vulnerabilities, and nothing touches your systems.
Do I have to give anyone access to anything?
No. Everything in the report comes from what is already public, plus the request you send.
Will it tell me my business looks bad?
It tells you what the checks return. Passes are listed as clearly as failures, and a low score is the finding, not an opinion about you.
What happens after I send the request?
Digital Trust Audit Ltd runs the checks, comes back once with anything it could not confirm from outside, then sends the report. If you cannot answer those questions, those items are marked unconfirmed and left out of the score.
Who else sees the report?
Digital Trust Audit Ltd holds it. OD3X Growth receives a copy because you asked through us, so that we can offer the work. Nobody else sees the findings, and Digital Trust Audit Ltd does not publish reports, named or anonymised.
What if you built our website?
Digital Trust Audit Ltd states that connection on the report and scores the site on exactly the same criteria as anyone else's.
Does the audit come with a certification?
Not through us. Certification is Digital Trust Audit Ltd's own programme, on its own published criteria, and it is not offered on this site or with any work we do.
How is this different from the free website review?
The review is us reading your website and telling you what we see. The Digital Trust Audit is a scored assessment by Digital Trust Audit Ltd of everything a stranger can check about your business, of which the website is one part.
